Fuengirola Zoo

Yesterday, we, (Nathan, Kayla, Emily, Mrs. Ruth Grundmeier, and Karen) went to the Fuengirola Zoo in Fuengirola. It is a small zoo in the city center that has a variety of animals. There are not a lot of large animals, but there are a lot of animals. There was a tiger and her cub, a leopard and her cub, flamingos, hogs, many different types of birds, monkeys, gorillas (one male and one female), alligators, crocodiles, and a few other animals, I can’t think of at this moment. There were not a lot of the same animals, but there were a lot of different animals. There were at least 2 of each kind of animal. The kids had a good time looking at all of the animals. Emily enjoyed all of the monkeys and their jumping around. There was a group of about 5 squirrels which were black, white, and brownish/orange in color. They were jumping all over the place and Emily enjoyed watching that. Nathan liked to watch the Red River Hogs as they used their snout to dig at the ground, and Kayla liked the LARGE crocodiles, which was right next to the glass window. The zoo was big enough to see a variety of animals and the enclosures were built hat you could get a good view of all of the animals, except the hippopotamus, which was very elusive.
